Mike uses a combination of facilitation techniques, content delivery and activities to help your Executive Team achieve its most important objectives during their valuable time together.
Mike will work with you to develop an Executive Retreat which is unique to your team and focusses on what is important to you.
An effective Executive Retreat can be conducted within a half day. A multi-day program investment allows for greater depth.
Off-Site
Getting away from your usual environment adds to the retreat experience. Mike will work with you to choose a great offsite location.
Get Out Of Town
Getting out of the office and away from the city is a great way to change up and explore the dynamics in your senior leadership team. Bush and/or survival themed activities can also be included to create the ideal mix for your executive team.
